KLAEDI RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
EXCHANGE
- We are committed to fulfilling your order with the correct products and sizes. If you receive an incorrect item or one that does not fit, you may exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
- KLAEDI will arrange your pick up within 2-3 business days following your request. All items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- If the order does not comply with the aforementioned conditions, the exchange request will be denied, and the order will be returned to your designated pickup address.
- In the event that the requested size is not available for exchange, you may submit a refund request, which will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. No alternative products may be exchanged for the original item.
RETURNS
- We strive to offer you the latest fashion at competitive prices using high-quality fabrics. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
- We can facilitate a pickup for you through a straightforward online return process.
- Shipping and COD charges incurred at the time of order placement are non-refundable. A shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund for reverse pickup.
IMPORTANT POINT TO REMEMBER:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Your pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 business days.
- All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and should be sent back with their original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Refunds are contingent upon the returns meeting the specified conditions; otherwise, returns will not be accepted. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. - Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Shipping charges are Non Refundable.
- SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS: In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

REFUND POLICY
- Upon returning a product, the cash on delivery (COD) charges incurred at the time of order placement will be subtracted from your refund amount
- Furthermore, a reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
- If you opt to receive your refund in your wallet, the entire amount (excluding the COD charges) will be credited without the deduction of the ₹100 reverse shipping fee.
MODE OF REFUND:
1. For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to the same account used for the order. Once the product is received, the refund will be initiated within 1-2 working days, and the funds should appear in your account within 7-14 working days.
2.For COD Orders: The refund will be credited to the bank account specified during the return request, and the amount should reflect in your account within 7-14 working days of processing.
3.Wallet Method: If incorrect bank details are provided, a notification will be sent. If no response is received within 7 days, the amount will be credited to your KLAEDI Wallet.
4.Refunds to the E-walletwill be processed within 2 working days after the product is received by us.
5.Once a refund is credited to the KLAEDI Wallet, it cannot be reversed to your bank account.
6.Any used or inappropriate products returned by the customer will be sent back, with shipping costs incurred by the customer.
7.If the specified pin code is not eligible for returns, the customer must arrange for self-courier to the designated warehouse address, and return shipping charges will not be deducted.
